“MITCH AT OC PRO WAS WONDERFUL! I WAS MOVING OUT OF MY TOWNHOUSE IN TUSTIN AND WANTED TO RENT IT. I HAD NEVER RENTED A PROPERTY BEFORE AND DIDN'T KNOW WHERE OR HOW TO BEGIN. I CALLED MITCH AT OC PRO AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT. HE CAME ON TIME (AND WAS ON TIME FOR EVERY FUTURE APPOINTMENT) AND EXPLAINED THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT RUSHING ME AND DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL PRESSURED. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES WITH MORE QUESTIONS AND HE AND HIS STAFF WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESHIONAL. I DECIDED TO USE THEIR COMPANY AND AFTER POSTING MY UNIT ON THE MLS THEY FOUND ME A GREAT TENANT AT THE MONTHLY RATE I WANTED. A COUPLE OF THINGS NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED AND MITCH TOOK CARE OF IT THE SAME DAY AT A VERY COST CONSCIOUS WAY TO SAVE ME MONEY. THEY WILL ALSO CHECK INSIDE THE PROPERTY EVERY FEW MONTHS TO MAKE SHURE IT IS BEING MAINTAINED WELL BY THE TENANT. I HAVE RECEIVED MY RENT DIRECT DEPOSITED TO MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH OC PRO AND HOPE THEY STAY IN BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS TO COME!

The one time I did need a repair (faucet issue), they were quick to respond, gave me the option of being there while the work was done, and were willing to work around my availability.
