I am a tenant who has applied for a property managed by Mitch. I have only dealt with Mitch over the phone and by e-mail, but I have been impressed by his handling of the discussions concerning the property and his reasonable approach to various terms in the lease agreement. While he is a strong advocate for his client, he has also been response to my concerns. We are close to signing an agreement and I feel that Mitch’s handling of this matter has been a major factor in my decision to lease the property. I was strongly considering other properties, but having a reasonable and responsive property manager like Mitch can make the difference between a good experience as a tenant and a frustrating one.
I’ve rented from a number of property mgrs in my life (including a couple of scumbags), definitely happy with these guys. Mitch and his staff are friendly and reliable, and the property I rent is well kept. The one time I did need a repair (faucet issue), they were quick to respond, gave me the option of being there while the work was done, and were willing to work around my availability. Also, their online bill pay is far more convenient than the hassle of mailing a check. Been here for 2 yrs, never once had an issue with any aspect of their service.
“I've been very happy with them and still I am. They came over and looked everything over and made a bunch of notes. We didn't have definitely rented for another three weeks because they wanted to see it and they didn't want to show it until we got the carpet in. When they finally did the first people he got in like almost today he came to see us and went ahead and took it. They were really quick on finding somebody. The price they charge is reasonable, I expected to have to pay more than they said. They gave me several references of people like a handyman that would do some things and a carpet place that wholesale that's not open to the public. We had a good deal with them and they also gave us a person who worked out really well for the installation of the things. Overall we're happy so far with them.”
