Mitch Mills
Owner and Broker

Mitch Mills is the founder, broker and owner of OC Pro Property Management and has more than 25 years experience in real estate. OC Pro Property Management focuses only on residential property management and does not do commercial, industrial or HOA management. Mitch and his team also buy and sell properties on behalf of their clients but their primary focus is on residential property management.  Having purchased his own investment properties starting in the early 1990’s Mitch has extensive experience in property management and sales both on a personal and professional level.  Given this experience, Mitch stresses the importance of customer service in his business to both owners and tenants alike. With a background in real estate appraising and advising clients from around the world on real estate investments in Orange County, Mitch is very knowledgeable about current market conditions and strives to maximize his owner’s investments. Every client is treated as a part of our family and he wants every client to know that our company will listen to their concerns and strive to not only meet but exceed their expectations.


Mitch and his wife have been married over 20 years and have two teenage children.  In addition to being active in his community and local schools, Mitch enjoys playing tennis and golf and spending time with his family either hiking or spending the day at local beaches.

Jessica Castellon
Property & Operations Manager

Jessica is a licensed California Real Estate broker and has been a long time resident of Orange County. She has many years of experience in property management and customer service, as well as a background in marketing. Jessica has been working with OC Pro Property Management since 2010 and enjoys the opportunity to help our clients receive top level service. Her experience has allowed her to achieve a wonderful relationship with our owners and tenants by taking time to get to know them personally. Outside of work, Jessica and her husband have two children together that keep them both busy. They enjoy spending their weekends watching their kids soccer games and exploring local breweries and spending time with friends and family.

Jennifer Souter
Leasing Agent

Real Estate has been a passion for Jen for many years. She is a licensed California Real Estate Agent specializing in Orange County.  She has been in real estate for over 20 years with a background in appraising, sales, and property management.  Growing up in Orange County Jen is proud to call it her home.  Because of this, she is able to offer first-hand information about surrounding cities, shopping, dining, and schools.  On weekends, Jen often stays busy spending time with her three kids, who are involved in dance and baseball. When she finds herself with spare moments, she can be found playing tennis or relaxing at one of the many local beaches.

Kristi Fuentes
Maintenance Coordinator

Kristi has worked at OC Pro Property Management since 2017. When calling into the office, she’s the first voice you hear! She handles maintenance coordination and overall office up keep. Kristi’s prior real estate license and knowledge of the industry coupled with her organizations skills and proactive tendencies help the office run smoothly. She is the proud Mom of her high school senior, Jake, and enjoys watching him play baseball.  When not at the office she can usually be found at Disneyland with her sweetheart. Kristi has many hobbies include cooking and  baking, reading and watching movies. She also has a slight obsession with The Rock.

Gabriel Zamarron
Maintenance Manager

Gabriel has been working for OC Pro since 2017 but has over 10 years of experience. He really enjoys what he does as a handyman and home remodeling is his passion. He wakes up everyday motivated to work and help tenants and home owners with their home needs. He is married and has two kids whom he enjoys spending time with. He loves family time and going on family vacations. He looks forward to helping with your home maintenance.

Alfredo Zamarron
Maintenance Tech
Alfredo has provided handyman services for OC Pro for a few years now. Alfredo conducts repairs and general maintenance work on residential homes. He offers a wide range of services and expertise and is always happy to assist our tenants and owners. Alfredo is married with three daughters. He enjoys spending his free time with family and at local parks.
Jeff Cutler
Property Inspector

Jeff is a bonded Property Safety Inspector for OC Pro.  He has been a resident of Orange County for the past 30 years. His lengthy experience in customer service, dedication, and overall friendly demeanor has helped him in establishing a great rapport with our tenants and owners. Outside of work, Jeff is married and has two grown daughters. He enjoys all sports, especially golf and tennis. Together they enjoy family gatherings/events and seeking new travel destinations.

Sonny Dipillo
Customer Service Rep

Sonny is the newest member of the OC Pro staff.   His passion for real estate combined with his prior experience as a customer service supervisor makes him a welcome addition to the team.   Sonny enjoys spending his free time going to the gym and hitting the local beaches and car shows.
